We make every effort to deliver your order to you complete and in good condition. Nevertheless, it may happen that your order does not meet your expectations. Below you will find all the information you need to return your order.

Return conditions:

Still not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days of receipt, you have the option to return the product. Just follow the steps below. 

Returning steps:

  • Sign up
    Report your return by sending a message to our whatsapp number: +316 17884194. You then state your first and last name, order number, which product(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will then receive a message from us with the correct return address. Print out the return form, which you can download from the webshop, fill it in and repack the products in their original packaging. Enclose the completed return form.

  • Packaging

    Pack products in original condition and packaging in a box/shipping bag.
    Place the completed return form in the box/shipping bag.

  • Shipping
    Deliver the parcel to the post office.
    Keep the shipping receipt well.

Refund

  • When do we pay back?

    We will transfer the cost incurred by you ( your purchase price) within 1 to 2 working days after receiving the package.
  • What do you get in return?

    You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Where do I receive the refund? 

    We will refund the amount in the same way you paid. Is this not possible? Then we will contact you. 

  • Return costs 

    Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Are you returning a product because it was damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will reimburse these costs afterwards.

Shipment

Take the parcel to a post office of your choice.
Here you will receive a shipping receipt.
Keep it safe until the return is fully processed.
This is your proof that the parcel was actually sent and can be asked for in case of loss in transit.

Handling

Once the return has been processed with us, you will be notified automatically.

We will of course try to do this as soon as possible. Haven't heard from us after 14 days?
